Marriott (MVCI) selects Advanced Reserve Solutions, Inc. to perform reserve analyses for two resorts in Spain

Laguna Hills, California – MVCI Management S.L. awarded contracts to Advanced Reserve Solutions, Inc. for the completion of reserve analyses at two of the company’s vacation ownership resorts:  Marbella Beach Club in Marbella, Spain and Playa Andaluza Resort in Estepona, Spain.  ARS coupled the comprehensive full-service reserve analysis consulting with the WinReserve software application.

According to Letteke Poncin, Regional Director of Finance – Operations for MVCI Management S.L., “ARS was selected to complete these reserve analyses because we have confidence in this firm to complete these jobs accurately and deliver professional and meaningful analyses.  They proved this last year when they completed reserve analyses for two of our projects in Spain and Thailand.”

Each of these resorts is unique and presents challenges only ARS is equipped to overcome.  Marbella Beach Club is recently built out and consists of 288 units (contained in 14 three and four-story buildings constructed between 1997 and 2004), underground parking facilities, reception/office building, multiple pool areas (indoor and outdoor), beach area, restaurant and fitness center.  Playa Andaluza Resort is approximately 25% built-out and consists of 85 units (contained in 2 four-story buildings), underground parking facilities, multiple pool areas (indoor and outdoor), beach area and fitness center.  ARS completed these analyses using the native currencies.
