Worldwide Vacations Club Selects Advanced Reserve Solutions, Inc.
Laguna Niguel, California – Worldwide Vacations Club, professionally managed by Trading Places International, has selected Advanced Reserve Solutions, Inc. to complete a full-service reserve study including a site visit. Worldwide Vacations Club is a unique vacation ownership association consisting of just 13 units:
- six 1 and 2 bedroom condominium units in Merrimac, Wisconsin
- seven 1 and 2 bedroom condominium units in Newport, Oregon
ARS’s full-service reserve study preparation will be coupled with our WinReserve software enabling this client to manage their reserve fund well into the future. Many of ARS’s larger clients rely on ARS to complete periodic full-service reserve studies, managing their reserve study in the interim (3 to 5 year cycle) using our WinReserve software.
