Summer Bay Resorts Selects Advanced Reserve Solutions, Inc. for 9 Projects in Florida
Clermont, Florida – Summer Bay Resorts, LC has selected Advanced Reserve Solutions, Inc. to complete full-service reserve studies, including a site visit, for nine vacation ownership resort projects in Florida. Most of this work involves Summer Bay’s Orlando resort featuring a master association and seven residential associations with over 550 units including standard rooms, premium rooms, 1 and 2 bedroom condominiums, 2 bedroom villas and spectacular vacation houses. At the heart of the resort is a world-class clubhouse which features a relaxing atrium area and a poolside tiki bar. ARS had previously completed full-service reserve studies for these associations; this year’s work included a comprehensive site visit to observe and photograph the current condition of all reserve components as well as the addition of a pool area constructed since our last site visit.
ARS was also selected to complete a full-service reserve study for Summer Bay’s newest resort: Sunset Cove in Marco Island, Florida. Since this will be ARS’s first visit to Sunset Cove, this work will involve a comprehensive site visit to inventory/measure, observe and photograph the current condition all reserve components.
