Dallas, Texas (August 2001)

Owners Club resorts represent the "high end" of the vacation ownership resort industry.  The Owners Club purpose is simple, to provide its members with a world of extraordinary privilege.  All the pleasures of premier resorts.  All the benefits of private clubs.  And all the rewards of owning the ultimate vacation home.

Most of the resorts consist of a small number (approximately 30) of single-family homes within a gated golf community.  Typically, owners purchase a 27 day interval; essentially owning a vacation home with 12 other families.  The professionally decorated homes consist of approximately 2,000 to 2,500 sq. ft., featuring generous dual master suites, guest bedroom, and all the rest of the features expected of a beautiful home.

Club Corp accepted proposals from three companies who specialize in reserve analyses.  Jo Harris, Vice President of Club Corp indicated, "In the end we went with the company that offered the most.  ARS was not the low bid; in fact, you (ARS) were the high bid.  However, there was no question that your firm provided the highest level of service and the best overall package, including your experience in the industry and the software (WinReserve)."

Premier Resorts awards contract for reserve analyses at two resorts

Plymouth, Minnesota (July 2001)

These are two relatively small resorts located between the trees and lakes of Minnesota.

Premier Resorts accepted proposals from three companies who specialize in reserve analyses.  Kristie Lacey-Hause, controller for Premier Resorts indicated, "ARS was the high bid by just a little bit.  We had received a proposal from another firm in California and one from Illinois.  The bid from Illinois was much less, probably due to the reduced travel expense; however, that firm did not appear qualified.  The bids from California were pretty comparable; we decided on ARS based on your experience, references and sample report."
